Here in Long Island floods happen frequently due to natural causes. Examples include rain, storms or flooding and they can happen due to old water heaters or busted pipes. The floor was flooded and damaged beyond ability to dry but we had come in and tore the floor out, sprayed an anti microbial and were able to put in a brand new one.
